You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content you provide
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content does not contain illegal or harmful material

8. Purchases and Payments

Some features of our applications may require payment. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• All prices are in the currency specified in the App Store
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time
• Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through our applications.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREE SUPER APP LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or our applications shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Free Super App Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our applications, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Third-Party Services

Our applications may contain links to or integrate with third-party services, websites, or resources. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our applications at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the applications will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our applications shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to reflect the parties' intention as closely as possible.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Free Super App Limited regarding your use of our applications and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
